amazing experience!
ease of access friendly staff hotel ambience attention to detail
we had an Very nice experience! the location is great with easy access. the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. we loved the hotel ambience and enjoyed the spa. perks were amazing, including wine o'clock! we met other tourists there. the attention to detail made us smile.
the spa is situated underground, and it is quite small. only five people can use it at a time. even then, access is limited to only 30 minutes.

the double room provided ample space for luggage. it had a perfect layout. subtle signage in the room added a lovely touch.

The room felt a little cramped. I found there was no paper coaster under glasses. The rooftop service was quite slow, and getting drinks took forever, annoying.

great size clean room daily surprise really good breakfast
The room was a great size, and it was very clean. I received a small surprise every day upon my return, such as sweets. The food was excellent since it was locally sourced. I appreciate the really good breakfast including champagne.

Breakfast included an excellent selection of fruits and cheese. There was also salami and bakery products. I could order hot dishes instead of items sitting around in lukewarm trays. Staff was very friendly and always available to help.

a relaxing stay in the city
equipped gym rooftop pool city views
I appreciated the well-equipped gym. it had everything needed for a solid workout. the rooftop pool and bar area provided 360 views of the city. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The spa was underground. It felt slightly small with limited access , which i found inconvenient.

a dream come true!
beautiful presentation quality materials quiet spa cute staff
I stayed in august. the hotel is beautifully presented, so clean, and it has cute staff. they were also very knowledgeable and helpful with city recommendations. the rooms felt new. I appreciated the quality materials used to furnish the room, it did not feel cheap at all. the spa felt so lovely and quiet.
the restaurant had limited choices for midday and evening dining, it was not great. the rooms and bathrooms felt a little small and badly arranged. the sink was in the bedroom, not in the bathroom because the bathroom was too small!
